Welcome to my portfolio website. By interacting with this site and/or considering my services as a Rust developer and Minecraft Modder, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Scope of Services

I offer Rust development services and Minecraft mod creation. These may include, but are not limited to: mod design and programming, code optimization, and technical consulting.

2. Project Restrictions: Blockchain

I do not accept commissions, requests, or collaborations related to Blockchain technologies, including but not limited to:

• Web3 Applications
• Smart Contracts
• Tokens
• Cryptocurrencies (Crypto)
• NFTs
• Play-to-Earn (P2E) Games

Any requests involving these technologies will be immediately rejected.

2.1 Additional Project Restrictions

I also do not accept commissions, requests, or collaborations related to:

• Low Code/No Code development tools such as WordPress, MCreator, Wix, Bubble, and similar platforms.
• Projects related to image generation using artificial intelligence (AI), such as text-to-image models or similar technologies.

Any requests involving these technologies will be immediately rejected.

3. Copyright and Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed, I retain copyright of developed projects. The client will receive usage rights as stipulated in the work agreement.

4. Liability

I am not responsible for misuse of delivered code or software. Once the project is completed and delivered to the client, the use and consequences thereof are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

5. Modifications and Cancellations

I reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. I also reserve the right to reject or cancel projects at any stage if these conditions are violated or if circumstances arise that prevent completion of the work.

6. Payment Methods and Refunds

• I accept payments through methods previously agreed with the client.
• An advance payment may be required before starting work.
• No refunds will be issued once work has begun, unless previously agreed.

7. Deadlines and Deliverables

• Delivery times will be agreed with the client and may be adjusted based on project complexity.
• I am not responsible for delays caused by lack of information, late responses, or changes requested by the client.

8. Work Usage in Portfolio

• I reserve the right to display developed projects in my portfolio and social media, unless otherwise agreed.

9. Support and Maintenance

• I offer support for a determined period after project delivery, which will be defined in the agreement with the client.
• Any subsequent maintenance or updates may incur additional costs.

10. Confidentiality

• I commit to treating any client-provided information confidentially.
• I can sign confidentiality agreements (NDA) upon client request if necessary.

11. Unauthorized Use and Prohibitions

• It is strictly prohibited to decompile, disassemble, or reverse-engineer the delivered code, in whole or in part.
• Copying, extracting, or leaking code fragments for public availability is not allowed unless the project has been explicitly designated as open source.
• For Minecraft mods, uploading the project to monetizable platforms such as CurseForge or Modrinth without explicit authorization is forbidden. If authorization is granted, my account must be added to the project's organization on the respective platform, and 30% of the monetization revenue must be allocated to me.
